As more tiles fall and more letters are banned, the island descends into a police state where citizens are publicly punished and exiled. A mainland journalist named Nate Warren strikes a deal with Councilmember Lyttle to find a new 32-letter pangram — called Enterprise 32 — that would overturn the Council's authority. Despite Nate's arrest, Tassie's imprisonment, and the banishment of Ella's parents, the challenge presses forward. Ella, left entirely alone on the island, discovers the perfect sentence hidden inside her father's farewell letter. The Council accepts it, all bans are lifted, and the island's exiled citizens return home.

From the Council's heresy decree to the scientific discovery that the tiles fell from degraded glue, each revelation reframes what is truly at stake on Nollop. Personal turning points — a first kiss, a damning confession, a farewell letter written in deliberate defiance — carry as much narrative weight as the political ones. A storm that strips the statue to its final five letters brings Ella to her lowest moment, but her father's letter — written in love and stubbornness — holds the answer that saves them all.
