The final surviving member of the Russian White Flower gang. She currently operates as a Communist spy surveilling the Japanese newspaper company. Often going by the name Liza, she holds a boring desk job and views the competing political factions with growing cynicism.

A grandmotherly figure who owns the apartment building where Rosalind resides. She secretly operates as a Nationalist agent, providing Rosalind with meals, stability, and occasional medical assistance.

A military leader whose recent trial for treason brought severe public scrutiny upon his family. Although officially cleared of accepting bribes from the Japanese, his reputation remains severely damaged.

General Hong's wife. Following the public scandal of her husband's treason trial, she is presumed to have retired to the countryside to avoid further press attention.

A nineteen-year-old filing clerk employed at the Japanese-run Seagreen Press. He works in the same office where Rosalind and Orion establish their civilian cover identities.
