In “One Way,” Mimi wonders why her friends Stacey and Timothy come to her house but never invite her to theirs. In “Mama’s Visitor,” Mama’s new friend from the wives’ tea, Dr. Haseda, comes to visit. She brings lemon cookies as an omiyage and Mama makes tea.
