Jeff Sykes is a local radio host who invites Donald onto his program. He asks questions about Donald's philosophies and fields incoming phone calls from the public. His call-in format allows listeners to broadcast their anger and threats directly to Donald over the airwaves.

The Vampire is a mysterious, cape-wearing figure who speaks with a heavy accent and claims he needs to consume blood to survive.
