Review Roundup

Pretend You're Dead and I Carry You by Julián Delgado Lopera are celebrated for their vivid, lyrical prose and exploration of identity. Readers appreciate the raw emotional depth and cultural authenticity, though some find the pacing uneven. Lopera's unique narrative voice is both a strength and, occasionally, a challenge for readers.
