Throughout his work, he praises Cleaners’ work ethic, decisiveness, controlled emotions, and dignified demeanor. He explains that Cleaners come from all walks of life and can be identified by their drive to excel: “[W]hether they’re competing in sports or managing a family or running a business or driving a bus; they decide how to get the job done, and then they do whatever is necessary to make it happen. These are the most driven individuals you’ll ever know” (29).
