Tyson brings Laikyn to his nightclub, Blackout, where they will live in his fourth-floor apartment. He orders her to work as a cocktail server—a deliberate humiliation aimed at her family—and gives her three hours to prepare. While Laikyn bathes, feeling sore and defeated, Tyson takes a congratulatory call. Downstairs, bartender Beau shows Laikyn a locker labeled “Mrs. Crawford” containing her revealing uniform and informs her Tyson wants to see her before her shift.

Laikyn reports to Tyson’s office and refuses his order to crawl to him. He activates the choker from their wedding day with an app on his phone, revealing it is a shock collar. He then rapes her over the couch and declares she will report to him this way before every shift.

In the restroom, Laikyn tries but fails to remove the collar, briefly breaks down, then composes herself. She considers killing Tyson but knows that a widow is simply reassigned to another Lord. Coworker Bethany hints cryptically that she knew Whitney and that Whitney made more sense as Tyson’s partner. During her shift, Bethany deliberately collides with Laikyn, drenching her with spilled beer and walking away without apology.

Back in the apartment, during a shared shower, Tyson directs Laikyn to bring him to climax by hand. A flashback reveals that after his vow ceremony with Whitney, he installed a monitoring app on her phone as part of his assignment.

In the present, Tyson watches Laikyn on his phone camera and grows angry when she doesn’t answer his text immediately. He commands instant responses going forward. The confrontation triggers Laikyn’s memory of a similar argument between Tyson and Whitney, during which Whitney lied about her phone and whereabouts.

Tyson summons Laikyn to his office, binds her hands, and inserts a butt plug, ordering her to wear it during their dinner date. He then has rough sex with her, heightened by the plug. Laikyn feels self-loathing at her intense arousal. Afterward, Tyson instructs her to change into the outfit he has already selected.

Tyson takes Laikyn to a tense dinner at a hotel with her parents. Tyson announces Laikyn will skip the traditional Lady initiation, angering the Minsons. Furious and jealous, Laikyn storms upstairs and threatens to sleep with other men if Tyson is unfaithful. Tyson physically subdues and belt-whips her. He informs Laikyn of the Lords’ rule that a divorcing husband assigns his wife’s next partner, shutting down her demand for divorce. 

Tyson does not tell Laikyn that he has no intention of cheating on her, enjoying her jealousy. He later reviews security footage and realizes Bethany fabricated the encounter. Tyson ignores Bethany’s sexual advances and defends Laikyn from her criticisms.

Laikyn wakes sore, having cried herself to sleep. However, recalling stories of the suffering other Ladies have experienced at the hands of their Lords, she concludes that her situation could be worse. 

Downstairs, Laikyn finds Tyson speaking with police investigating the disappearance of a woman whose photo she recognizes from the club. One of the detectives, Collin, is Laikyn’s ex-boyfriend. At Tyson’s insistence, Laikyn lies and says she has never seen the woman. After the officers leave, Tyson questions Laikyn about her past relationship with Collin and forbids further contact.

During Laikyn’s shift, she defiantly skips her required pre-shift visit to his office and deliberately ignores his follow-up text. Watching male customers looking at Laikyn in her revealing uniform, Tyson begins to regret making her serve in the club.

After closing, Laikyn observes Tyson meeting with four men who work for another Lord; coworkers identify two as Colton Knox and Alex. Upstairs, Laikyn reflects on how her father forced her to bleach her naturally dark hair because she reminded him of the deceased Whitney, and her ex-fiancé Luke arranged breast augmentation surgery without her consent, with her mother’s cooperation.

When Tyson returns, Laikyn asks to color her hair. After learning her father ordered the change, Tyson tells her the choice is hers. Laikyn responds with an impulsive kiss. Tyson responds but then abruptly pulls away, withholding intimacy as punishment for ignoring him earlier.

As further punishment, Tyson dresses Laikyn in a tight corset, a locked choker, and high heels locked to her ankles, telling her she will eventually crawl to him for relief. Assigned to the VIP section, she must constantly climb stairs. Bethany is furious that Laikyn is working her section and throws a drink over Laikyn; the liquid pools inside the locked shoes, making them agonizing to wear.

Unable to bear the pain, Laikyn goes to Tyson’s office and crawls to him as he predicted. When he removes the shoes and finds them wet, he pulls security footage, sees Bethany’s assault, and becomes furious that someone else disciplined his wife. He summons Bethany, forces Laikyn to lock the high heels onto her, and pours water into them himself. Ordering Bethany to stay away from his wife, he assigns her both her own section and the VIP section for the rest of the night.
