Azure travels alone by volo through the megacity of Caelum, remaining in contact with Atti. Having severed his own hand, Azure is impersonating Crimson to infiltrate the headquarters of his former employers, the Keres. Atti remarks on how calm Azure seems about the recent discovery that he may be a Dupe. 

Upon arriving at the Keres’s gleaming tower, Azure destroys his q-com. He is met by a woman with a cybernetic eye and a drone that injects him with a serum to suppress his revs. After providing the passphrase to the woman, which he obtained with the help of Chandra’s data scrape, Azure is led to an isolated office to wait.

Inside the isolated office, Atti hacks the room’s terminal, gaining control of the building’s systems. The cybernetic-eyed woman returns with two men in sharp suits. One man threatens Azure, believing the suppression serum has rendered him helpless. In response, a Pulse turret decapitates the man. When the second man scoffs at Azure’s direct question about access to Floor 132, the turret kills him as well. The terrified woman provides her DNA and passcode to unlock the elevator to Floor 132. Azure leaves her guarded by the turrets and ascends.
